this short video compresses the history of native indian people living in 
canada. they have to comply with the standard issuing of numbers to be 
counted as one of the indians with status. this is done to keep track of 
government monies, which are distributed among those who are entitled to 
heritage and birthrights because chiefs of native nations signed with the 
canadian government.
