Different Languages in Bristol Project (link)

with Elmfield School for the Deaf (link):

Working with "Red Group" students at Elmfield school in collaboration with the ITC Department,
a series of workshop sessions was developed which could be integrated into the students ITC leaning modules.

The languages discussed were sourced from Bristol City Council's information on the variety of languages spoken in Bristol.
Students took on the process of learning about where these languages originate from,
and what the Regional British Sign Language expressions for them are.

The student's work was then recorded for the Language section of the Sign Hear Project site, and reconstructed as photographic animations for display and ditribution on the Internet.
