Dutty Girl is a club night affiliated with SisterCypher that is specifically aimed as a platform and showcase for women in hip hop. set up in Bristol it aims to give a voice and a forum to women involved in hip hop and to those wanting to get involved. It is designed for women from all walks of life, colours or creed to get together and show their skills, whether they be rapping, DJing, breakdancing, singing, graf writing, or beatboxing. OUR ethos is about celebrating femininity within hiphop, not necessarily to compete with men, but to embrace the difference between us.
