How on earth The Cube Logo became a logo that you purchase for your
mobile phone nobody knows. Was it one of The Cubes personnel ideas at subliminal
advertising The Cube's non - corporate identity to the knowledge buying public.
Or was it a Knowledge magazine designer offering free publicity for The Knowledge
buying public who no doubt drink our beer and buy our tickets?
After the meeting , Lucy P gets on the phone to the party responsible
for this corporate jamming crime Monster Mobiles, whilst Hogge and Debs
are deep in a Google search checking out if they are a good or bad company.
Mark Berry says "I'll definitely have to get that" whilst Morgan
who actually designed the logo in the first place thinks "Well It's free publicity".I am now renaming files, because there was this hacker ,
last week who was invisible and he managed to kill all my work,
but luckily there were some back ups so. I'm renaming files .
Lucie tonight's House Manager is disappointed by the poor ticket sales
for In The Mood For Love and Traffic. I share a tin of organic baked beans with her.
Chat about how sometimes I feel like a robot, because of my intense involvement
with computers and how the Social/Work/play enthusiast volunteer dynamic

When Jean and Debbie come back, Hogge is now making my own
special desktop environment on Kondor. Debbie has become attached
to Starling and she's getting to grips with Gimp, Debbie is fascinated
by Spinning Spheres, and me by making blended animated Gifs,
Debbie breaks through the sphere, me with the blends. I don't know what happens
at this point. but the staff computer training turned into a workaholics insomnia obsession.
By the time I know it Hogge and I are walking out into spring sunlight at around 1/2 past 8.
That's about 14 1/2 hours after I walked into the place.We walk up and down to christmas steps to go to an internet cafe. On the way
The Humans are on their way to work. I am spaced but am resisting sleep cause
I've had too much of it recently. I make a joke at the lady who sells us the coffee

We check out a new listings web site, write a review of what
I've been to At The Cube Recently and send it to 5 friends, so that
I might win $100. walk back to the 'Plex'.We Want a Big LOgo on the side of the building,
that will get more people through the door , than a logo on a mobile.
Hogge sits in the square in the sunlight, whilst I head for the office.
i sit in the office, it's dark. I answer the phones.
A lady comes to see me later about putting mirrors made in wood in the exhibition space,
she takes me to her car outside. Hogge has gone, outside is is bright
and I am bleary eyed. I listen to my Cat Power/ NIna Simone Tape.Richard Beale turns up to put up his artwork.We talk, chatter and laugh.
I like his openness and honesty. He tells me some things about his paintings,
but tells me not to tell anyone. I feel honoured.
Rod comes by checking his email and drinking herbal tea.
Fat Paul comes by , looking for scissors to cut up his Espionage/ flyers.
I answer the phone and take messages.
It's late afternoon already.BY the time Jean and Debbie turn up the place is in a mess.
Before I know it. Its time to make the cinema open.
There aren't many people for In The Mood For Love.
There are more people for Traffic. In between the films ,
i eat, drink and sit out in the bar/foyer/ exhibition space and relax,
staring out into space, i've now been here for 28 hours.At the 30th hour we try to chat to talk to Heath

the punk girls and dodgy geezers to go home.
I am hallucinating and totally over paranoid from
my 24 hour Microplex experience.
